A few useful answers

Before you
take the next step.

What does the $3,000 setup include?

Your agreed website build, up to 35 useful pages, one primary inquiry and booking or estimate journey, CRM setup, follow-up, booking reminders, completed-service review requests, testing and staff handover. We agree the services, staffing, page plan and launch milestones before work begins.

What does the $397 monthly service cover?

Hosting, CRM access, consistent website care and maintenance, routine content corrections and agreed updates to your existing site, system checks and activity reporting. Major redesigns, additional locations, substantial new features and custom integrations are separately scoped.

Will my business need all 35 pages?

We plan the pages your customers actually need, up to 35 in the agreed build. These can include core pages, individual services, genuinely relevant service areas, FAQs and useful guides. When phased delivery makes sense, the remaining included pages have a written delivery schedule.

Can you work with my existing website or booking system?

We review your current setup first. The standard system uses GHL for its booking and customer-management journey. Before proposing a move, we check your services, staff, payments, packages and existing appointments. Specialist platforms or complex migrations need a separate scope.

Do you help with SEO?

Yes. The website work includes useful service and local content, clear page titles and headings, internal links, mobile usability, technical indexing foundations and appropriate business information. We can connect Search Console and suitable analytics with your approval. Search results develop over time; no ranking position is guaranteed.

How do Google review requests work?

After your team confirms that a genuine service or job is complete, the system can request an honest review using your correct Google review destination. Booking a slot or attending an estimate does not automatically trigger a request.

Are there costs beyond setup and monthly management?

Phone numbers, calls, text messages, email and registration fees are billed separately at disclosed provider cost, with an agreed usage cap. Domain registration or renewal and payment processing are separate. Voice reception is an optional, separately quoted service.

How soon can we get started?

Start with the short request below. Andy will review your business and recommend a practical next step. Once the scope, access, content approvals and any migration requirements are ready, we agree a launch schedule. A useful core can launch ahead of additional agreed pages when that rollout is approved.

Do I have to purchase this to keep my free CityApollo listing?

No. Your free listing and any promised free owner introduction remain independent of a paid service. Newsletter sponsorship and clearly labeled paid features are separate opportunities, with their own scope and verified distribution.

How will we work together?

You work directly with Andy. We start with your business, your customers and the next step you want them to take, then agree a practical plan, clear milestones and a simple way to review the work.
